This is not a site I would recommend to anyone ever. The site offers huge, no max cash out match bonuses to lure players in, but when it comes to getting paid out, be ready to wait at least a month. Customer service is terrible and rarely can help you. I had to send, resend, and resend again my verification documents. I had to request my withdrawal multiple times. Their system is set up and designed to make the player get so fed up with waiting that they will lose away their winnings. It took me over an entire month to get approved and then receive a check. Probably closer to 6 full weeks. So many other sites that are better

Don't waist your money with this site
Don't waist your money with this site! I've been trying to get my prize money since June. It's the end of July now and they've finally got back to me but in order to receive my winnings they want an act of Congress from you and your bank. It boils down to my fault in the end for not doing my research so I'll bite the bullet on this. There are much better sites than this to play on and much easier to get your winnings than Slots of Vegas.

Obviously, from the other reviews, you see this place sucks. I met the outrageous wagering requirement on free spins and I had $100 redeemable. They told me that I played too many free spins in a row without depositing they didn’t give me my money even though it clearly says no deposit required. They will always refer to their dumbass terms and conditions. Just don’t play with them don’t play with anybody from inclave. Stick with the Cash App casinos like a game vault and Juwa. My customer service agent Glen Norton was a jerk. These casinos are all merely designed to get in your pocket.

Worst business ethics I've encountered
I was inquiring about making a deposit and then thought I would ask about the withdrawal policy so I didn't have to ask later and the customer service agent went on a power trip and cleared out my entire account balance of $300. Because I used my no deposit bonus from my welcome email. He didn't tell me he was doing that all he said was that I couldn't withdraw. This is after waiting for 2 weeks to get a response email with a link to customer service support chat.

Slots of Vegas didn't stand out to me…
Slots of Vegas didn't stand out to me at first glance, but it's been a while since I hit the strip. I signed up a few weeks ago, hoping to experience a shred of the excitement I usually feel when I touch down at the MGM Grand Hotel.
Even though a website can't bring the same energy as the beating heart of Las Vegas, the games here are excellent. Graphics, sound effects, and animations are all on-point; and I had a great time spinning the reels.
I haven't won anything yet, but I claimed one of their bonuses so I could enjoy a bit of (borderline) free entertainment.
In summary, Slots of Vegas won't disappoint! It's no Caesar's Palace, but it's a great online substitute.

Not sure why I gave them money again
Not sure why I didn't it again, but this place has no problem taking your money. Does anybody even get their withdrawal? I wish I could do 0 stars. They should be scrubbed from the internet.

Had to request my money for a second…
Had to request my money for a second time. Original request 12/14 was denied with no explanation. I have given all requested information time and time again. I keep getting the run around. This gambling site needs to be held accountable for taking people’s money. I’m starting with filing formal complaints with third party processors who have deducted funds to give to this site. I will get my money one way or the other.

Don’t expect them to pay out
Have been trying to withdrawal for over a month. Customer service keeps saying they will escalate the case and I will be contacted but they have failed to do so twice already. Both withdrawal requests I put in weren’t “reviewed for processing” and I had to contact support who requests all kinds of info for “verification” then they escalate the case. To the point that now they’re escalating an escalated case (How, idk). Still no timeframe for approval or payout (which takes 7-10 days after the 7 business day approval wait period). Don’t waste your time. If you play here support will waste all your time they can. But they won’t pay out

Very poor communication and don’t want to payout. After many chats I was finally told that my credit union was on their restricted list so at the request of Sandy/vIP host, I opened an account with a nationally known bank…..provided all the docs and was still denied. With each chat, more info requested including my acct # and the address of my beneficiary….what? No way! None f this was necessary when I played on another online casino…..sooooo frustrating!

Beware of Payouts!
Beware! Stated in comments that I could withdrawal my funds in a form of a check. I was told they had suspended that when I went to inquire about it. They said they could pay me out in Bitcoin which I do not have. From what I have read many people have had trouble withdrawing any winnings. Poor customer service as well. Stay away! Go to your local casino and not an online international one

Soooooo, I waited over 6 months requesting bitcoin withdrawal after bitcoin withdrawal, they found any reason they could to deny me, it was kind of ridiculous tbh. I had all but given up on this site. I did try the coindraw option on this site and once after 24 hours and once after 72 hours I have received 2 $2.000 withdrawals from them, but support is not helpful with anything, and there is no way to tell if you will get lucky and get your money.

Yesterday April 28th 2024 I won $1,067…i can show my screenshots if it lets me upload it but it's not I like the games but I don't appreciate how it just took my money and I'm not being reimbursed.

Update on my last review
Update on my last review. The customer service at this casino I will say is top notch. They have always been most helpful and kind even when I wasn't so nice. I finally after 45 days from my request received my money. My only complaint is the withdrawal time. The casino is NOT A SCAM, the customer service is great it just takes forever to receive your funds.

Of course I win and Slots of Vegas finds some reason why they won't pay up. I've deposited here many times. I played a free spins bonus. After I deposited. If you try to claim a free spins bonus otherwise it won't allow you to. The code I used just now went through. So I played and won the $100. I was told they encourage me to read the terms and conditions. I know what the rules are. But I bet when depositing they don't make up all kinds of crap to not accept it. I told her I encourage her to show integrity and pay her loyal customers. That is bull crap. I deposit here often!! Never again SlutsofVegas. They will never see me again or another dime.
